A glooze looks like a large pool of clear, tranparant glue. It absorbs all organic material, while inorganic material falls from its body after a while.
A glooze usually waits for prey to step on it. It then slams such creatures with its body.
Glue (Ex): The body of a glooze is very sticky, as if the creature was composed of glue. Anyone who makes a successful melee attack against a glooze must make a Reflex save (DC 14), or the attacker's weapon sticks to the glooze's body and is yanked out of the wielder's grip (it deals normal damage, though). Creatures using natural weapons get automatically stuck if they get hit and fail the save, just like creatures walking into a glooze. It requires a Strength check (DC 14) to get loose from a glooze. A glooze gets a free slam attack against stuck creatures, who loose their Dexterity bonus to their AC.
Transparant (Ex): Gloozes are hard to see, even under ideal conditions, and it takes a successful Spot check (DC 15) to notice one. Creatures who fail to notice a glooze and walk into it get automatically stuck to it (no save). A glooze gets a free slam attack against stuck creatures, who loose their Dexterity bonus to their AC.
Blindsight (Ex): A glooze is blind, but its entire body is a primitive sensory organ that can ascertain prey by scent and vibration. This ability enables it to discern objects and creatures within 60 feet. The glooze usually does not need to make Spot or Listen checks to notice creatures within range of its blindsight.
Ooze Traits: A glooze is immune to mind-affecting effects, poison, sleep, paralysis, stunning, and polymorphing. It is not subject to critical hits or flanking.
