This feat allows you to make any minor artifact. Some artifacts require casting certain spells.
Prerequisites: Craft Wondrous Item, Intelligence Modifier +8, relevant Craft skill 18 ranks, Caster Level 18 (or divine help).

[Editor's suggestion: since minor artifacts have no required spells and market value listed, the game master should determine the required spells and GP and XP cost of creation. Furthermore, since artifacts cannot (or no longer) be made by common mortal means, the game master may set additional requirements, such as obtaining rare materials, ancient magical formulas or help from powerful creatures. Depending on the setting and availability of artifacts, this may take the form of searching various cities' market places to a larger quest.]
