This spell, designed by the "slightly eccentric" (in his own words) Tinker Gnome wizard Jibble, conjures a huge jelly (flavor and color can be decided by the caster upon casting), which falls down on the victim. The victim recieves a penalty of -4 to attack rolls and -2d6 to effective Dexterity and can't move. Spellcasters trying to cast a spell must make a Concentration check (DC 15). A stuck character can break free as a full-round action and move at half movement, by making a Strength check or Escape Artist check (DC 25). A successful Reflex save halves both penalties and lowers the Concentration check DC to DC 10. A successful Reflex save also prevents being stuck, but it does still halve the victim's movement.
The material component is a small lump of jelly.
