Lower Pantheon, Wing of Negative Energy
Death is, well... death. He just is. Nothing more, nothing less. To some he is an enemy, to some a saviour. Therefore, what domains the priest has depends largely on the priest him/herself. He is neither good, evil, chaotic or lawful, but his servants can use him for any of these causes. He is accepted by all other deities, because he is a fact of life. Even Gianna (Birth, Children and Life) and Paladia (Good, Healing and Guardianship) accept him for this reason.
Jerathlan is a god of bards, merchants and travellers. There are many shrines dedicated to this deity along well-used roads and on marketplaces of trading towns. His association with the wing of negative energy is due to the issue of followers exploiting their monopolies and positions as merchants. Unfair trade is common practice among his followers, though Jerathlan "officially" does not promote it (but he does not discourage it either). Jerathlan and his followers get along well with Ethelidon (Strength), Glarr Gemstone (Prosperity), Delorfirion (Oceans/Seas), Isárith (Rivers/Lakes) and even Mythrar (Secrets) and Zirnath (War). There sometimes is a bit of a problem with Dalith (Labour), especially when Jerathlan's followers practice exploitation.
Xeresh, the wicked goddess of the Dark Elves, is the deity of evil, misschief and trickery. Those who obey are spared, those who refuse to obey are slaughtered (preferably tortured first). She has her followers not only among the Dark Elves, but among some groups of humans, demi-humans and monsters as well. Her temples are few in human lands and city authorities usually keep a careful eye on the ones that do exist. As for the other deities, she hates the good ones, ingnores most of the neutral ones and can more or less get along with the evil ones (although she considers herself superior to all of them).
Pandra the Insane, Lady Chaos, Goddess of Doubt and Patron of Rogues. She and her priesthood spread doubt and chaos, sometimes in the form of well meant jokes, sometimes to truely instill persons or groups with doubts, chaos and paranoia, causing anguish and suffering. A less chaotic strain of her priesthood is focused on the arts of rogues. Many deities consider doubt a weakness (Ethelidon, God of Strength for example) and therefore dislike Pandra. Deities who's ideas are based on trust and certainty, like Cytherea (Love/Marriage) and Damethreas (Wisdom/Knowledge) are open enemies and their priesthoods often fight. Pandra herself is not really concerned about any of this, she's too far gone for that. Some of the Gnomisch deities do like her and she can get along quite well with The Lady (Fortune/Luck) and her priesthood.
Pardos, the Undead Lord, the Destroyer of Life, is a dreadful deity. He and his followers spread disease and death and animate their victims. He is the patron deity of evil necromancers. In appearance, he looks a lot like Death, but he is certainly not. Death brings death because it is a fact of life, Pardos brings a slow and painful death and undeath, because he enjoys it. One would not appreciate encountering a group of his followers during dark nights; they are suspected to be involved in the mysterious disappearing of many people, often accompanied by a sudden increases in the undead population. Pardos has problems with many other deities, especially those concerned with good, life, strength, healing etc. He considers Paladia (Good/Healing/Guardianship) and Gianna (Birth/Children/Life) to be his most annoying problem and their priesthoods are at a state of war. He is on reasonably good terms with other evil deities. The other death related deity, Death, is considered somewhat of a rival, but there is no real hostility between the two deities.
Rogash Elfsplitter, the Dark Lord, God of Orcs and other monstrous and demihuman creatures. He is the champion of all that cannot see the light of day. Rogash promotes slaughter, the raiding of farmers and human lands by the Orc tribes, the domination of the strong over the weak and many other evil activities. Rogash is disliked by the good deities and by many neutral deities as well, and hated by the Elves and their deities. He gets along quite well with the other evil gods.
